How do I pay for your services?

• We are glad to introduce “Pay at Close”, our new form of payment for MLS listings.

 

• You can pay online with any major Credit/Debit card except American Express.

What is “Pay at Close”?

• We understand that Media is important and sometimes difficult to come up with the money to pay for it in advance. We create a contract with you that is submitted to escrow, so we get paid when the listing closes. 

• If your listing doesn’t close, we can roll over the payment to your next listing.

Is there any Extra Charge for “Pay at Close”?

• No, we don’t add an extra charge for using our Pay at Close feature.

Can I reschedule?

• Yes, call us or text us as soon as possible.

Can I Cancel?

• Yes, you can cancel at any time. 

 

• Your canceled service will be rolled over to a new listing. 

What if the weather is bad on the shoot day?

• We can reschedule your services at no extra charge.

 

• We will not shoot if heavy rain, poor weather or poor lighting since it makes photography difficult. 

How can I download my media?

• You can download your media from our 3D Virtual Real Estate portal.

How long until I receive my Media Deliverables?

• You will be notified via email, and/or SMS as soon as your Media is available in our 3D Virtual Tour Portal.

 

• HDR photos, Zillow 3D tours, and 2D schematic floor plans: 1 business day.

 

• 3D Virtual Tours: 1–3 business days.

 

• Videos: 1–3 business days based on Complexity.

How long is my 3D Virtual Tours Online?

• Virtual Tours are online for the entire duration of the listing.

 

• We take them off-line for security reasons.
